I ordered some personalized labels, will I receive a
design proof before they are printed?
Yes, we will upload your design proof to our Customer Design Proofs webpage
within 1 - 2 business days after placing your order. You will then receive an
email with a link to your design proof for viewing. If you do not receive the
email in your Inbox you should check any Spam folders as occasionally the emails
get filtered into there.
I ordered the Kisses stickers but I don't know how many
packages of Hershey Kisses to buy?
There are approximately 80 Hershey Kisses per 12oz package, and
approximately 50 Hershey Kisses per 227g package.
How many labels are on a sheet?
0.75" (Kisses) - 82 per sheet
1.25" - 28 per sheet
1.5" - 20 per sheet
2" - 12 per sheet
2.5" - 6 per sheet
Do you offer blank sheets of labels so I can print my
own favor labels?
No, we only offer personalized labels. To order blank sheets of
labels we recommend Labels By The
Sheet .
Are you affiliated with Hershey's?
No, we simply offer a personalized label that is just the right
size to fit a Hershey Kiss.
ORDERING AND PAYMENT
I noticed that you are a Canadian company, will you ship
to the US?
Absolutely! In fact, most of our orders go to our neighbours to
the south.
Since you charge in Canadian Dollars how much will my
order be in US Dollars?
That will depend on the daily exchange rate set by your credit
card company. To get an estimate as to the currency exchange you can visit www.xe.com

I selected "Interac Email Money Transfer" as my payment
during checkout...but it didn't take me to a payment screen, what do I do
now?
You can email your Interac payment to info@wuyfavors.com and use your Shoppers ID
(found on your emailed invoice) as your security question. If you do not know
how to email your Interac payment you can visit www.certapay.com for more
information. Please note this payment option is only available to
Canadians.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Some items do require a minimum order quantity, which will be
stated in the product description.
Do you have a printed catalogue?
No. Because we are continually adding new products this website
is our only catalogue.
