PAYMENT
All pricing is in Canadian Dollars. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal through our secure online credit card processor or by phone (866)339-4788. We also accept Interac Email Money Transfers (Canadian customers only). Canadians will be charged GST/HST (#894514108RT0001).
PROCESSING TIME
For personalized labels or Kisses labels we send an email with a link to your design proof(s) within 1 business day, for your approval. Once the design is approved and payment is made we print and ship most orders within 2 - 3 business days. If you have a large order it may be a little longer. For plantable items you will find the processing times in the product description. We will advise you if we are running outside these normal times.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Once you receive your design proof and if you are not satisfied with it, we will try our best to revise the design until you are satisfied. If not, we will refund your payment. If once you receive your order and are not satisfied please let us know and you can return the order for a full refund (less shipping charges). If you need to cancel your order you will receive a refund if printing has not begun. If your order has been printed, unfortunately there's no refund available. Most other non-personalized favors and gifts are refundable.
