I ordered some personalized labels, will I receive a design proof before they are printed?
Yes, we will upload your design proof to our Customer Design Proofs webpage within 1 business day after placing your order. You will then receive an email with a link to your design proof for viewing. If you do not receive the email in your Inbox you should check any Spam folders as occasionally the emails get filtered into there.
I ordered the Kisses stickers but I don't know how many packages of Hershey Kisses to buy?
There are approximately 72 Hershey Kisses per 11oz package, and approximately 50 Hershey Kisses per 227g package.
How many Kisses labels are on a sheet?
There are 64 labels/stickers per sheet
What if I want to reorder more of the same labels?
That's no problem as we keep all approved design proofs on file. If you need to reorder you can go to our website and place your order and during checkout there is a text box called "Customer notes" and in there you can put "reorder of previous design" and then we know to send it straight to printing/shipping and you won't have to go through the design approval again.
Do you offer blank sheets of labels so I can print my own favor labels?
No, we only offer printed labels.
Are you affiliated with Hershey's?
No, we simply offer a personalized label that is just the right size to fit a Hershey Kiss.
When can I put the labels on the Kisses?
You can put the stickers on the Kisses anytime before the event. We've found that the stickers actually get more adhesive as time goes on. When you first put them on you can remove them and reposition them but once on there for a few weeks they are quite difficult to remove without tearing the foil too.
How do I store the chocolate?
Chocolate can last up to a year if you just keep it stored in room temperature. It doesn't need to go in the fridge and we don't advise putting it in the freezer as it will get that white coating to it. As long as it's kept at room temperature you'll be just fine. If the chocolate does get really hot just put it in a cooler area for awhile and it will harder back up to it's normal consistancy.
ORDERING AND PAYMENT
I noticed that you are a Canadian company, will you ship to the US?
Absolutely! In fact, a good portion of our orders go to our neighbours to the south. We can also ship internationally.
Since you charge in Canadian Dollars how much will my order be in my local currency?
That will depend on the daily exchange rate set by your credit card company. To get an estimate as to the currency exchange you can visit www.xe.com.
I selected "Interac E-transfer" as my payment during checkout...but it didn't take me to a payment screen, what do I do now?
You can email your Interac payment to firstname.lastname@example.org and use "What is my order id?" as your security question and your order id number as your answer. If you do not know how to email your Interac payment you can visit Interac.ca for more information. Please note - this payment option is only available with Canadian bank accounts.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
We have a minimum order quantity of 2 sheets for personalized stickers and no minimum order for non-personalized stickers.
Do you have a printed catalogue?
No. Because we are continually adding new products this website is our only catalogue.
